Back-ups
I copy and store a complete backup of the website database, images, files and folders on a monthly basis.
Content Support
I provide help in assembling and uploading content to the website when required. I also provide a longer-term content support service in which I review and check content for grammar, spelling, accuracy and duplication. This activity ensures that the overall quality of content in the website remains as high as possible.
Continuous Development
Content Management System's (CMS) are updated (minor version upgrade, security updates) on a monthly basis. Modular upgrades will be implemented at any time. CMS upgrades are typically introduced with more general website upgrades or redesign.
FYI. Drupal 7 (this site included) will no longer be supported after January 2025 therefore it is recommended that we consider upgrading/migrating to Drupal 10 before then, giving us the chance to change the look and feel of the current website and add a host of extra functionality and features including ecommerce. Migrating a site will incur an additional cost (see below).
